Products with a pulse.
Ready for the next one.

Senior product leader who came up through biomedical science and now builds 0→1 digital health products. Clinical grounding and execution that ships. When I couldn't find a job-search tool that kept up, I built one. It's right below.

Where I'm focused.

Two parallel paths, one throughline: high-stakes products that have to work for the person on the other end.

Health Tech
Digital Health & Care Navigation

Senior PM and product leadership roles where the product directly shapes how people access and experience care. Navigation platforms, behavioral health tools, analytics, and 0-to-1 builds in regulated environments.

the story

Non-linear path.
Intentional direction.

Started in the Visible Heart Lab at the University of Minnesota, studying cardiac physiology and biomedical engineering at the device level. That foundation of understanding how complex systems fail, adapt, and heal has shaped how I think about product ever since.

Spent nearly a decade in consultative sales and training, then video and brand storytelling, learning that the hardest part of any complex idea is making it land for someone who doesn't already care. That skill travels.

Went back for a MBA in Medical Industry Leadership at Carlson, then joined the UMN Technology Commercialization office helping researchers cross the gap between a working idea and a real product: market fit, regulatory strategy, financial models. Moved into product full-time at Claros Technologies, building commercialization strategy around remediation technology for PFAS Forever Chemicals, then into digital access to behavioral healthcare at Aetna/CVS.

I've embraced AI as a genuine force multiplier in discovery, synthesis, and delivery. Built the tools in this portfolio using Claude. The transformation is real and I'm leaning in, not waiting.

Now: senior product leader building platforms that help people navigate the hardest moments in health, where the stakes are real and the product craft has to match.

JobQuest: Essential in 2026 —
a search OS.

I built the tool I couldn't find. A full job search operating system — application tracking, AI-powered Job Description analysis, networking CRM, job board workflows, and focus timer — in a single HTML file while actively conducting this search.

AI-Powered · Claude
Job Description Analyzer

Paste any job description — Claude scores fit against my profile, surfaces red flags, checks comp alignment, and pulls live company news. One click to save all relevant information to the tracker.

case studies

Problems worth solving.

Four builds that shaped how I think about product — each one a different kind of hard.

0→1 build
Access Plus
Legacy EAP with broken access. Members waited weeks to connect with care. Built a care navigation and scheduling platform from scratch, inside a large health system, against competing priorities.
48hr
time-to-care (was weeks)
NPS+
double-digit lift, 6 months
8%
reduction in unused auths
Resources for Living's EAP had a fundamental access problem: members were authorized for care but couldn't get to it fast enough. Scheduling was fragmented, provider matching was manual, and the digital experience hadn't kept pace.
  • Led discovery across clinical, operations, and account stakeholders to map the broken workflow and find the highest-leverage intervention points
  • Owned the full product roadmap — prioritizing scheduling and navigation first, then building automated engagement workflows on top
  • Launched 1,000+ automated monthly touchpoints that reduced unused authorizations and improved care utilization
  • Delivered in a HIPAA-regulated environment with enterprise reporting requirements layered on top
analytics platform
Behavioral Health Analytics
Enterprise health clients needed to evaluate program performance, but data was siloed, inconsistent, and hard to act on. Led the build of the platform that changed that.
Enterprise
national + mid-market
0→1
real-time insights platform
Aetna's behavioral health clients were making decisions with stale, inconsistent data. The opportunity: build a centralized analytics layer that surfaces real-time insights and makes them actionable.
  • Built a data ecosystem connecting disparate member and clinical data layers — establishing schemas, quality pipelines, and structured data assets with AI integration readiness as an explicit design goal
  • Owned product strategy and roadmap — aligning features to customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business priorities
  • Partnered with Sales to translate insights into client-facing tools supporting pricing decisions and account growth
  • Unlocked new outcome insights enabling more informed product, pricing, and go-to-market decisions at national scale
commercialization strategy
SDOH Mobile App · UMN Technology Commercialization
Academic researchers had built a compelling social determinants of health application, but had no path from desk to market. Led the strategy that got it to early-stage pilot.
The UMN Office of Technology Commercialization works at the intersection of research and application. This project: a social determinants of health mobile app — proven in research, stranded without a viable path to market.
  • Conducted market assessment to identify the most viable initial deployment context and buyer profile
  • Developed regulatory strategy mapping the pathway from research tool to commercial product
  • Built financial modeling to support early-stage funding conversations and partnership development
  • Facilitated the transition from concept to pilot — the gap that kills most good research ideas

AI pair throughout
Every job search tool I tried was either too simple, too expensive, or built for a different era. I needed something that matched how I actually work — fast, analytical, AI-native. So I built it.
  • JD Analyzer — paste any job description; Claude scores fit 1–10 against my profile, surfaces red flags, checks comp alignment, and pulls live company news. One click saves everything to the tracker
  • Pipeline Dashboard — full application lifecycle (Saved → Applied → Interviewing → Offer) with stage filters, priority queue, and Excel sync built for 50–100 active roles
  • Networking CRM — heat-based contact tracking (Warm / Nudge / Cold) with follow-up queues and outreach history
  • Job Board HQ — curated Healthtech and Medtech board workflows with enterprise search integrations
  • Built and iterated in real-time alongside an active search — every feature driven by an actual friction point encountered that week
